An odd request for help.

I've pretty much hit a brick wall in terms of the pokemon that are available through the copies of Pokemon that I own (FireRed/Sapphire/Colosseum). I have a few more I can catch in the wild (Chansey, Tauros) and evolve (Blissey, Dragonite, and Blaziken). I also plan on beating the 100-Trainer Tower in Colosseum for Ho-Oh but after that, that's all I can do. I'm out of trade items, evolutionary stones, everything that could generate more pokemon that I don't have.

In order to fix part of the problem, I'm going to buy Pokemon Emerald soon because it's been awhile since I actually played the story in the R/S generation and the all-new Battle Frontier sounds really fun, so that play through will give me everything I'm missing in Hoenn. What I need help with is the following LeafGreen exclusives. While Maria does own LeafGreen, she's not far enough yet to get me these pokemon. If any of you are, I would greatly appreciated it if you briefly traded me one the following pokemon. I have a ditto so I'll just quickly clone your pokemon and give it right back. To make it worth your while I will trade you Feebas and Chimeco. (Those of you who have played R/S know how impossible these are to get.)
